Step 1: Complete the Online Registration Form

Families without an existing Jovial account can access the registration form at www.jovial.org/one/register.

Please do not register before your registration window.

CONTINUING FAMILIES

If you have a Jovial account, the online registration form can be accessed from your Jovial Family Portal.  If you are unsure if you have an existing Jovial account, please contact our office.

REGISTERING VS. ENROLLING

There is a difference between registration and enrollment. The process of signing up for programs is called registering. Families are enrolled after they receive a confirmation and pay the tuition. If no spots are available families will be notified that they have been added to the waitlist. Registration forms are processed in the order in which they are received and classes are filled in that order.

Waitlist

If a class becomes full, a waitlist will be started automatically. There is no charge to be placed on a class waitlist. Our waitlist is created annually during our registration period. When a program fills up (has reached the maximum number of students) families are welcome to register for the program and be added to the waitlist. 

If/when any spots become available in a previously full program, we notify families on the program waitlist. This occurs whenever a spot opens (whether it’s in the summer before school starts, or mid-school year). Some programs are more popular than others, so waitlist lengths vary. We cannot guarantee that families on the waitlist will be able to enroll.

Our waitlist is created annually. This means that, for example, if an opening becomes available for the 2020-21 school year, we contact families on the 2020-21 program waitlist (that was created in spring 2020) and do not use the spring 2019 program waitlist.

Step 2: Confirmation

When we receive your completed online registration you will be notified via email by our office that your spot has been confirmed. This email will also outline how to take steps 3 + 4. 

Closer to the start of the program, you will receive emails with further details and instructions including the school handbook, schedules, parent orientation meeting, and tuition. You can also check your Jovial Family Portal for updates.

Step 3: Submit Payment

Once you have received a Confirmation email, please pay the program fee or deposit.

You may pay by check, written to Olympic Nature Experience. In the memo line please note your child’s full name and what the payment is for. We do not accept money at school. Please write a check with the child’s name in the note and mail to:

You may also submit your payment via the Jovial e-payment system (fees will apply). You can access the e-payment system through your Jovial Family Portal.

Step 4: Complete Additional Forms

On the Jovial Family Portal please fill out and agree to the following required forms:

  1. Release of Liability
  2. Medical Release
  3. COVID-19 Addendum
Tuition assistance

If you are interested in receiving Tuition Assistance you can find that application to fill out in your Jovial Family Portal as well.
