I understand that by completing this form I am not registering for this program but simply asking for more information.

I understand that a spot will not be held for my child until my registration paperwork and deposit have been completed.

I understand that this program takes place entirely outside in all weather conditions that are not actually dangerous and that my child may get wet, dirty, hot or cold.

I understand that my child must be at least 3 by August 31 the year of my child’s start date.

I understand that this program runs weekly from September to June and should I choose to enroll my child, they will attend for the duration of the school year.

I understand that this is a drop off program, although families are welcome to visit the forest classroom at any time.
